This afternoon's tremendously exciting race was an absolute thriller from start to finish. Even without the safety car spicing things up a bit, it was fantastic to sit back and watch the supreme pace of Lewis Hamilton as he took off in to the distance. But the safety car did get a run out and we got to see, yet again, a master class from the young Brit in how to hold it together and win! More..

Despite the safety car trying to ruin his day, Hamilton took a sublime race home to collect the chequered flag this afternoon at the German Grand Prix.
