At the conclusion of an eventful Japanese Grand Prix, the Honda Racing F1 Team's Rubens Barrichello and Jenson Button finished in 13th and 14th positions respectively. Tyres went as expected
Fernando Alonso (ING Renault F1 Team) has won the sixteenth round of the FIA Formula One World Championship after using a medium-medium-soft tyre strategy in a thrilling Japanese Grand Prix.

The Japanese GP provided drama and excitement (if not much overtaking) and a surprise winner. Again. Fernando Alonso took his second consecutive win for Renault, but Honda Racing F1 had a tougher day.
