Luke's British GP Round Up
By Luke Marc Carlile-Stanton July 6 2008
Jarno Trulli manages to bring home two vital Championship points for Toyota at the 2008 British Grand Prix by coming home in 7th place after starting 14th on the grid. Timo Glock had a less nice race. The German started 12th and after multiple spins he could only come home in the same position as he started.

Lewis Hamilton meanwhile takes victory at his home race for Mclaren-Mercedes. The British driver took a dominate victory which was proven in the times as he finished over a minute ahead of second place finisher Nick Heidfeld in the BMW-Sauber. Rubens Barrichello took third position for Honda.

Ferrari's World Champion Kimi Raikkonen had a tough day as did pole sitter and fellow Finn Heikki Kovalainen. But Raikkonen managed to come home fourth, one place ahead of the Mclaren star. Former two times World Champion Fernando Alonso rounded out the top six for Renault.

Jarno overtook Williams-Toyota driver Kazuki Nakajima on the last lap meaning Nakajima came home in the last points place in eighth ahead of team mate Nico Rosberg. Mark Webber rounded out the top ten for Red Bull despite starting alongside Kovalainen.

Sebastian Bourdais was 11th for Scuderia Toro Rosso ahead of Timo and Felipe Massa had a what he described as ''more than tough'' afternoon after multiple spins. He was the last place classified car.

Robert Kubica, Jenson Button, Nelson Piquet Jr, Giancarlo Fisichella, Adrian Sutil, Sebastian Vettel and David Coulthard were the non finishers.
