Toro Rosso will stick to running the STR2-B car at this weekends Turkish Grand Prix. The team were due to use the new 2008 STR3 for the first time but this has been delayed thanks to a lack of spare parts.
So far this season STR have been using a modified version of the 2007 STR2 and the plan had been to introduce the new car this weekend up until the last test session in Barcelona after a large crash.
Sebastien Bourdais dropped the car at turn 9 and caused major damage to the chassis, the team said they would review when first use the new car.
A lack of spare parts seems to have delayed the launch. The team will decide next week if they can use the car at the Monaco GP later this month.
