Hockenheim Test - Day 1
By Scudiera Toro Rosso July 10 2008
Circuit: Hockenheimring – 4.574 kms Driver: Sebastien Bourdais Chassis STR3-02 Best time: 1:16.533 113 laps

It might have been a bit late for last Sunday’s British Grand Prix, but Scuderia Toro Rosso got some valuable experience running both types of wet weather tyre today, as rain showers were a feature of this first day of a three day test at the Hockenheim circuit, which plays host to the German GP, after a one year break, on 20 July.

It was a productive day for French Seb, as he also managed some long runs to compare the two types of dry weather tyre which will be available at the next round of the world championship, as well as carrying out some aero tests centred on the front wing. Additionally, he ran tests on the fuel and brake systems.
