With the rain continuing to make a mockery of the racing schedule we can only hope Sunday's action doesn't take too much of a soaking before we go on to talk about something completely unrelated. In the absence of having anyone famous enough born on this day to poke fun at we thought we'd inform you that today marks the 87th anniversary of the first Miss America pageant in Atlantic City. Granted it's not the most significant historical happening but the research was fun. See if you can find a few beauties in today's horse racing from Leopardstown, Fontwell, Dundalk and Thirsk. Don't forget, we also pay out on disqualified winners and official result on all UK & Ireland races. Worcester has been abandoned
